Competitions and results
A good week end at CHI Geneva with a 5th place and the qualification for Rolex Grand Slam GP!
A few weeks back in the States with some success in Tryon NC for both my W Wings and Little Lord.
Flying Wings in Calgary at CSIO5* with only one fault in the huge Gran Prix.
Wings finished second in the 1.55m in Dublin, just 2 seconds behind the winner ( Bertram)!
I just came back from Spruce Meadows, where I won a big $216,000 jump off class in the 5* on my horse With Wings. There were 17 riders in the jump off... haha!
I was also placed in the three 5* 1.60m Grand Prixs at Spruce on Wings as well ( 7th, 8th, and 13th) During the last week, I was 2nd in the U25 jump off class and 2nd in the overall U25 series on my horse Little Lord.
Dreams and thoughts
I am very excited to be a part of the Young Riders Academy this year. The YRA is such a great opportunity for me to learn from some of the best in the world, and I look forward to learning as much as I can and applying everything I learn to my horses and my program. I know that being a top rider involves more than just riding skills — it also involves lots of veterinary knowledge, business expertise, mental strength, and more, and I am very grateful to have the chance to learn more about these aspects of being a top rider in the YRA sessions.
I’ve had a great start to the year, and my goals for the rest of the year and next year are to continue to produce consistent results in top 5* level Grand Prixs, to keep building my technical skills as a rider, and of course to win!
