YRA Team 2024 Wraps Up Educational Journey with Final Session Before Graduation

The Young Riders Academy Team 2024 conducted its final educational session in Lausanne before graduation, marking an important milestone for its members. This session served as a capstone experience, designed to consolidate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their journey.

An Educational Program Covering Key Topics

The session featured a variety of topics aimed at enhancing both personal and professional development. Participants engaged in workshops focused on veterinary matters, with a particular emphasis on Social Licence to Operate. Additionally, they visited the FEI Headquarters, where they met with members of the Jumping and Legal Departments. Here, they followed presentations covering essential topics and tools that will be beneficial in their future careers.

A Visit to the Olympic Museum

During the session, riders also had the unique opportunity to embark on a guided visit to the renowned Olympic Museum. This experience allowed them to delve even deeper into the rich history and legacy of the Olympic Games, exploring iconic memorabilia, learning about the inspiring stories of athletes, and gaining a greater appreciation for the values of sportsmanship and competition.

Reflecting on the Journey

As part of the final session, YRA Team 2024 took time to reflect on their collective journey, discussing challenges faced and lessons learned along the way. This reflective practice encouraged members to appreciate their growth and experiences and recognize the bonds formed during their time together.
