About Me

Hello, I am Gilles from Switzerland, and I am 20 years old. Since I was young, horses have always played a central role in my life. From an early age, everything was about riding, and I even analyzed the history of show jumping in more detail when I wrote my final thesis at grammar school. I started riding when I was five and since then horses have always been an important balance to my normal everyday life. Although I prefer riding at shows, I also find the daily work interesting. I like to acknowledge the progress of a horse and to see how you grow together as a team to better understand each other's. Now I have a small but interesting team of horses and I am excited to see where the journey will take us. I have big goals for the future for which I think the YRA can be of great help. I am really looking forward to an interesting and educational time.
