I am 19 years old and from Ireland. I played a lot of sports when at school including netball, Irish dancing, athletics and cross country running but show-jumping has always been my passion. During my pony career I produced and competed on many ponies and was fortunate to win a team gold medal at the European Championships in Strzegom in 2019 and a Junior European team bronze medal in Olivia in 2022. I made my senior nations cup debut in October 22 at the 3* show in Vejer where I also won the 1.55m Grand Prix on Templepatrick Welcome Limmerick. We were also placed 10th in our first 5* 1.60m Grand Prix in Dublin in 2022 and I was placed 5th in the 4* 1.60m Grand Prix on Olivia de Muse in Vejer in 2023. In January this year I started to work for Greg Broderick at Ballypatrick Stables where I have learned so much about the business aspect of the sport as well as gaining lots of opportunities to compete both nationally and internationally. Being a part of the Young Rider Academy is an honour and I’m so grateful for this wonderful opportunity to help me progress in my career. My dream is to one day compete at the olympics for Ireland and to also compete on many nation cups teams for Ireland.
